In September the company Freshworks hired CX Events for the organization of the event "Cut the Wait: The one who responds first wins".

During two days, Customer Experience leaders discussed different topics such as: Neuroscience of CX, Customer 2.0, CX in traditional companies and the Value of Response speed, among others.
