As part of the launch of the campaign ‘CX: The first to respond wins,’ the company organized an event that brought together executives from the CX, Marketing, and Sales departments from across Latin America.


CX Events was responsible for the comprehensive organization of the event: content generation, speaker selection, attendee recruitment, and communication.


Over two days, CX practitioners discussed various topics such as CX Neuroscience, Customer 2.0, CX in traditional companies, and the Value of Response Speed, among others.
